The establishment by the Romanian state of a large energy company could have adverse effects on other energy projects, Louis Bordo, responsible with the EBRD energy department, told the Emerging European Energy Summit last week. In his opinion, the concept presented by the authorities in Bucharest is too general and lacks specific elements.
