Enel opened its largest shop in Iasi, in the Palas Mall

Enel opened in the Palas Mall complex its largest store in Iasi and in the Moldova region, the company informs in a statement sent to ACTMedia. Thus, both the household and business customers in Iasi will have a new dedicated sales and information point, where they will receive personalised offers on the free energy market, for both electricity and natural gas supply.
Until now, approx. 900,000 household and business customers have chosen the offers of Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia on the free energy markets in Romania, for electricity and natural gas, as a result of the companies’ customer-oriented approach and the constant drive for modernisation and digitalisation of services and the contact points.

The working hours of the Enel shop in Palas Mall, strada Palas no. 5B, Building D3, are Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 19:30, and on Saturday from 10:00 to 14.00. The specialists in the shop will offer assistance regarding contracting and dedicated offers for electricity, gas, and value added services for household and business customers.
Customers can choose electricity offers, natural gas offers, multi-utility electricity-gas bundles, products with value added services (for internal installations repairs for example). Until November 29th, the customers who sign in the same time a contract for Enel Gaz and electricity supply contract Enel Fix 24 or choose to sign the contract for Enel Fix Relaxat product in the new store in Palas Iasi can receive two LED bulbs free of charge.
Besides Ia?i, Enel has partner shops in several other cities in the Moldova region and the teams are also present in the cities and rural areas, with dedicated specialists.
