EU ETS registries of Finland, Romania, Slovenia and Sweden to resume operations on 21 March

The national emissions registries of Finland, Romania, Slovenia and Sweden resumed normal operations on 21 March 2011 at 8am CET. This decision follows completion by the Commission of its review of reports from the four countries' national registries on the adequacy of their security measures.
