Romania imports 55 percent less natural gas

In 2009 Romania imported natural gas amounting to 1.614 million tonnes of oil equivalent, by 55 percent (1,971 million tonnes of oil equivalent) less than in 2008, according to data centralized by the National Institute of Statistics.
