Romania should reduce its 51% stake in EnergoNuclear, the company that will build two reactors at the Cernavoda nuclear power plant, to improve competitiveness of its power generation sector, Economy Minister Adriean Videanu said last Thursday.The other shareholders of EnergoNuclear are Italy's Enel, Electrabel (a member of French group GDF SUEZ), Czech CEZ and RWE Power Romania, with 9.15% of shares each, as well as Spain's Iberdrola and ArcelorMittal Romania, with 6.2% of shares each."My ...
