Romgaz signed with Electrocentrale Bucuresti a contract for sale-purchase gas worth almost 291 million lei

The National Company for Natural Gas Romgaz signed with Electrocentrale Bucuresti a contract for sale-purchase of natural gas worth 290,86 million lei, according to a report issued, on Friday to the Stock Exchange Bucuresti.

The contract is about the period 1 April – 1 November 2023.

With a history of more than 100 years, SNGN Romgaz has a vast experience in the domain of exploitation and production of natural gas, becoming one of the best producers and main supplier of natural gas in Romania.

The majority shareholder of the company is the Romanian state with shares of 70% in the social capital.

Starting with 12 November 2013, the shares issued by SNGN Romgaz are traded on the regulated market managed by the Stock Exchange Bucharest. At the same time, the shares of the company are a support for the global certificates for deposit (GDR) issued by The Bank of New York Mellon, GDR which are traded on the Stock Exchange London.
