Court suspends obligation imposed to Vodafone Romania

A Bucharest Court of Appeal suspended a retroactive obligation issued by Romania's telecommunications authority Ancom against Vodafone Romania whereby the operator was told to pay back amounts over EUR 60 its customers had paid for data roaming services on alternative tariff plans, writes local paper Ziarul Financiar quoted by telecompapr.com.
