Romanian M&A market decreased 6.3 percent in volume during the first nine months of 2023

The Romanian mergers and acquisitions (M&A) market recorded 183 transactions (1) during the first nine months (9M) of 2023, representing a decrease of 6.2% compared to the same period last year.
