Barometer: The crisis of work force will be amplified this year în Romania
The crisis on the work market will be amplified this year în Romania, and the companies will lead a real war to recruit employees, estimate the business people and specialists interviewed for a semester barometer referring to the perspectives on the work market.
Asked about the crisis on the work market this year, 72% of the interviewed stated that the phenomenon will get amplified this year, 22% estimate that the situation will be the same as in 2017, while 6% avoided to answer, considerting that, in the present context it is difficult to say what is going to happen in the next months.
‘The crisis, the war for talents, will be amplified in 2018. There are industries where the specialists are few, there are industries which develop very quickly so that the market can’t cope with them. The war is not only at the level of management, but at the level of entry and specialists. Why? The market is not very educated from the point of view of human resources, generation Y is a difficult, hard to get loyal, very interested in the online environment generation’ stated in the Barometre TrainYour Brain&Frames, Loreda Dragomir, country manager Romania and Bulgaria Kienbaum, the leader of the market of executive search in Germany.
According to the press release which presents the results of the Barometre, Nevenca Doca, executive manager of human resources Banca Transilvania, considers the gap between the demand on the specialised workforce and supply will get deeper, as immigration went up on the one hand, and hirings in state-run companies on the other hand.
The business people and experts in human resources are worried about the impact of the fiscal amendments coming into force this year and about the perspectives of some new decisions ( the change of the regime of taxation for liberal professions, the introduction of progressive taxing, etc.) about which many say that they will change the business environment.
Questioned about how much the fiscal decisions (contributions to the employees, the lowering of the profit taxing, etc) will affect the workmarket in 2018, 85% of the interviewees stated that they will have a negative effect, 12% stated that the impact on the sector where they activate will be a reduced one, while 3% stated that they did not have all the data for an answer.
Another conclusion which is evident from the semester barometer regarding the perspectives of the market of workforce is that 2018 will be one when the work offers will be diversified on the market of services and there will be not enough a good salary to hire a professional.
‘Asked which will be the main advantages which will make the difference between the offers of the companies in 2018, 68% of the interviewed mentioned the salary package, 54% spoke about the solidity of the company, and 40% indicated supplementary services at the disposal of the employees (trainings, event participations, etc.).The flexibility of the working programme (23%) and the possibility for development and professiona promotion (19%) were on the list of the most important advantages mentioned by the business people and HR experts’ the press release says.
