Court of Appeals cancels random draw of five-judge panels

The Bucharest Court of Appeals (CAB) on Friday decided to cancel the ruling of the Managing Council of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) of November 8, based on which the new five-judge panels were randomly drawn, so that this decision will no longer generate effect.
