EU, guest of honour at the 24th edition of Gaudeamus International Book of Learning 2017, November 22 and 26
Talks about Erasmus program, debates on EU investment plan, the organization of a meeting with 30 translations of symbol books, “Little Prince”, “Memory book”, exhibitions with books from terracotta and china are a few of the events prepared by EC, the guest of honour of the 24th edition of Gaudeamus International Book of Learning, held between November 22 and 26, at Romexpo.
Gaudeamus 2017 announces the presence of 300 exhibitors and the organization of 800 cultural events. Playwright and journalist Matei Visniec is the honorary president of the event.
The EC stand, located in the vicinity of Romexpo pavilion is called “At home in Europe”.
The EU presence at the fair marks 60 years since the signing of Rome Treaties, 30 years since the launch of Erasmus program and ten years since Romania’s accession to EU. The EU stand will have a reading corner and visitors will be able to travel in Europe by means of virtual reality.
Gaudeamus International Fair prizes will be awarded on Sunday, November 26, 3.00 p.m.
