Eurostat: Romania among EU countries with industrial output increases in April

Industrial output in EU and Euro zone in April 2024 dropped compared to April 2023, but Romania is among member countries with the most important industrial output increases at annual rate, according to data released on Thursday by Eurostat.

 

According to those data, industrial output dropped by 3% in the euro zone and 2% in EU in April 2024 against April 2023. However, Romania is one of the member countries where industrial output went up at annual rate, with a 3.8% advance.

 

More important increases of industrial output were recorded in Denmark (17.4%), Greece (10.8%), Slovenia (7.4%), Slovakia (6.4%), Poland (4.7%) and Portugal (4.5%).
