Gov't approved Emergency ordinance regarding mechanism to authorize foreign direct investments from non-EU space
The Government has approved, on Thursday, the Emergency Ordinance regarding the mechanism for analysis and authorization of foreign direct investments coming from non-EU space, announced the Executive's spokesman, Dan Carbunaru.
He mentioned that a Commission to examine foreign direct investments (CEISD) will be established, to be composed of representatives of relevant ministries with attributions in the domain.
According to him, the authorization of foreign direct investments coming from outside the European space will be done through the decision of the Competition Council chair, after previously obtaining CEISD approval.
