Income, at the end of this year, is estimated around 337 billion lei, 32.2%of GDP, announced on Wednesday the minister of finances Florin Citu in a press conference, who announced that, after ten months, strategic investments are 35.4 billion lei, more than it had been invested in 2016, 2017 or 2018. Everything is in the budget of state insurances, he says.
‘For the local budgets we continue the mechanism SWAP, this was approved initially by OUG 135/2020.We give the possibility to the local authorities to pay their debts registered in accountancy, which initially was 30th July, we have prolonged this period until 30th September. It is about 969.3 million lei’ the official said.
‘We will talk about budgetary adjustment which we have to ensure that health, social assistance, education have the necessary money for the end of this year, and at the same time, adjustment has the role to insurance financing for the continuation of investments, which this is estimated at 55 billion lei, which is the biggest sum invested from the budget over the last ten years! After ten months, strategic investments – 35.4 billion lei, more than it was invested in 2016, 2017, or even 2018’ the minister said.
For this budgetary adjustment a drop in the economy of 4.2 percentage points was taken into consideration.
The income of the general consolidated budget is diminished, on balance, with the sum of 5.212 billion lei, the expenses of the general consolidated budget are diminished, on balance with the sum of 683.6 million lei and the deficit of the general consolidated budget as cash is increased with the sum of 4.529 billion lei. The expenses of the state budget for 2020 are increased, on balance, with the sum of 1,157 billion lei, according to the draft for budgetary adjustment.
The ministers of work, health, agriculture and development get the highest supplementary sums and decrease the ministers of defence, finances and internal affairs.
