It is an ample plan and we will have over30 –  mind you – 30 billion euro from European funds, to finance measures in the plan. We have the draft almost ready, it is a very ample plan which refers to reforms, to infrastructure measures, to many sectors which have to be modernised, as well as improved. We will present this National Plan for Relaunching and Resilience publicly next week, so that it is under public debate, to  incorporate all the opinions which are valid, and then we will lodge it to Brussels and during next year we may start to finance the measures for recovery and resilience’ the president said.

He stated that the authorities will manage, with these funds, to bring the economy back to a level we want and to have, obviously, an economic growth and in 2021, in the years to come, to allow us not only to get out of the crisis but to have real growth which will be felt in our pockets.

On 28th October there was a similar meeting, at the end of which the stage of the preparation of the national plan for recovery and resilience was announced and twelve priority directions were established.

‘We obtained at the reunion of the European Council of July almost eighty billion euro. Over thirty billion euro will be used to accelerate the economic recovery post pandemics. This plan will have to be approved by the European Commission at most in April next year and there will be certain conditions for the use of these funds. It is about the insurance of structural reforms, of digitalization. All of this is necessary so that the economy develops sustainably on medium and long term’ the president said.
