At the same time, the Executive will decide, by a Government Decision, on the organisation, functioning and duties of the General Secretariat of the Government, taking into account the changes made in the government architecture after the installation at the Victoria Palace of the Orban Government in November 2019.

Also, the Government will approve a draft decision regarding the revocation and appointment of some members of the Board of Directors of the Romanian Fund for Social Development.

The agenda also includes three memoranda aimed at the participation of dignitaries from the Executive as members of the boards of directors or supervision of some companies, including companies running on state capital.
