PM Ciuca: France's readiness to contribute with NATO troops in Romania a proof of fraternity

Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca "warmly" welcomes the announcement made by the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, regarding the readiness of this country to contribute with NATO troops on the Romanian territory and appreciates that this represents a proof of fraternity in the context of the strategic partnership existing between the two states.

"The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, announces his country's readiness to strengthen NATO's eastern flank in Romania. I warmly welcome this proof of fraternity in the context of our strategic partnership," Ciuca wrote on Thursday on the Government's Twitter page.

Macron announced on Wednesday that France is ready to contribute with NATO troops in Romania.
