Presidency reaction to Report on DNA managerial activity presented by justice minister
The Presidential Administration makes the following remarks about the Report on DNA managerial activity presented by the minister of justice on February 22:
Because of the lack of clarity in presenting the Report on the managerial activity of DNA and considering that the evaluation of the activity of DNA and of managers of that institutions by Romania’s President are different from that of the minister of justice, a deep analysis of the document must be made at Presidential Administration level by specialised departments.
Several times over, the President of Romania, Mr Klaus Iohannis declared satisfied by the activity of DNA and its management, a point of view he continues to have.
Mr Klaus Iohannis, the president of Romania, will use all constitutional prerogatives to ensure the functioning of independent justice and the consolidation of the rule of law.
