President of France François Hollande comes to Bucharest next week

President François Hollande will come to Bucharest next week and will have talks with president Klaus Iohannis, the Presidential Administration informed on Tuesday.

According to the source, president Iohannis will approach the topic of the future of EU before Bratislava summit during consultations with the president of France.

The Presidential Administration did not give details about the visit of the French president.

Harlem Desir, secretary of state in the Ministry of European Affairs of France, recently announced in Bucharest that president François Hollande would make a visit to Romania on September 12 -13.

“President François Hollande will come to Romania on September 12-13. We are actively preparing this visit,” said the French official at a joint press conference with foreign minister Lazar Comanescu at Foreign Ministry headquarters.
