Romania will bring work force from Viet-nam
The authorities of Romania signed,on Wednesday a memo for collaboration in the domain of work and social protection with the minister of work of Viet-nam with the view to bringing workforce from that country on the national territory.
According to a press release of the ministry of work and social justice (MMJS) the collaboration agreement between the two states was signed as Romania goes through an acute crisis of the workforce and the Republic of Viet-nam has a population of 94 million inhabitants out of which almost 60million are people able to work.
‘I guarantee that the rights of the extra-community workers among whom the Vietnamese workers find themselves were,are and will be observed in Romania in similar conditions with those for the Romanian employees. The Romanian law does not discriminate among employees,the Vietnamese workers have the same rights as the Romanians in our country’ the minister of work Marius Budai said.
In this turn, Dao Ngoc Dung,the minister of work and social affairs of Viet-nam said that,at present,’on the territory of Romania there are approximately 3,000 Vietnamese citizens who are satisfied with the working conditions and the salaries’.
The Vietnamese citizens work in Romania in constructions,industry, agriculture and tourism.
The memorandum between Romania and Viet-nam was signed as the business environment of Romania complained about a deficit of one million employees on the work market,says the minister of work.
