The ministry of finances: the impact generated by OUG 114/2018 in the budgetary income of 2019 is 2.6 billion lei

The impact generated  by OUG 114/2018 in the budgetary income included in the draft budget is 2.6 billion lei, according to the report regading the macroeconomic situation for 2019 and the projection for 2020- 2022 presented by the ministry of finances together with the draft budget.

It is about 500 million lei from the increase of taxation in the domain of gaming, 600 million lei from the increase of the level of excises for tobacco products (0.6 billion lei) as well as 1.5 billion lei from the economic operators with integrated capital or majority state capital.

The respective companies distribute and give according to the law within 60 days since the approval of the financial situation belonging to 2018 under the format of dividends or collections to the state budget in the case of authonomous companies 35% of the sums placed in other reserves found in the accounts of money availabilities existing in the house and bank accounts as well as those referring to investments on short term on 31 December 2018 and which at this date are not given, through acquisition contracts or to be used as own sources of finances, the document shows.
