The PNL delegation – visit to the US between 10 – 19 November
The chairman of the liberal party –PNL Ludovic Orban and other members of the leadership of the liberal formation will make, between 10 and 19 November a visit to the US with meetings with the members of the Congress and the Senate, with high officials of the State Department, with representatives of the think tanks, the business environment and the Romanian community of the US.
‘The representatives of PNL will visit Washington, Maryland, Philadelphia, New York and Atlanta where they will have meetings with members of the Congress and the Senate, high officials of the State Department, representatives of the think tanks, the business environment and the Romanian community of the US. The consolidation of the special partnership which Romania has with the US is a priority component in the vision of the foreign policy of PNL and in this sense PNL will focus on the development of the bilateral relations in several domains of convergence. At the same time, PNL considers as extremely important the relation with the Romanian diaspora of the US, a vital resource in the development and strengthening of the relations with the US and at the same time, an essential resource in the development of Romania’ the PNL press release says.
According to the quoted source, between 10 – 19 November members of the PNL leadership will make a visit to the US of America. The PNL delegation will be represented by the chairman of the party –Ludovic Orban, the general secretary of PNL Robert Sighiartau, the PNL vice-chairman Ben-Oni Ardelean ( vicechairman of the Deputies’ chamber) and the PNL chairman of diaspora Victor Badea (|the chairman of the commission of Romanians everywhere in the Senate).
