Lack of real estate exchange could lose investors

Romania might lose many foreign investors, compared to Bulgaria, as it does not have a real estate exchange to back the real estate sector, said the manager of real estate company Willbrook, Diana Voicu. According to her, the real estate market in Romania is not sufficiently backed financially, by stock exchanges, as in Bulgaria, where real estate projects are listed, thus offering certain advantages to foreign investors.
