Real Estate:Buyers in residential segment prefer apartments near park or underground
Buyers in the average and average-plus segment who use dedicated real estate consulting services prefer three-room apartments located in quiet areas, in the vicinity of a park and with underground access, according to a specialized study. In establishing purchase criteria, 60% of buyers included in the study were interested exclusively in areas with underground access. Other compulsory criteria concerned apartment areas.
“Buyers have lowest well established areas and take into account only 1-4 square metres less. These compulsory criteria concerning location, access to the underground and useful apartment area are the most important for buyers and they respect them,” the document mentions.
According to the study made by HomeFinders real estate consulting company other factors which influenced purchase decisions have stepped in.
“Quiet areas attract buyers. Although only 23.5% of buyers specified they wanted an apartment in a quiet area, 67% chose this kind of area. The existence of a park in the vicinity of the apartment is another attraction factor for buyers, since 65% of them purchased apartments with parks nearby. The division type is another relevant factor in the purchase decision. 71% of buyers preferred apartments with separate rooms. Also, 71% of customers chose apartments with closed kitchens,” the study shows.
