Spanish group Gran Via to build 3,500 apartments in Bucharest

Spanish group Gran Via will build 3,500 apartments in western Bucharest on estimated 300 million euros. The works will start in 2008 and the Spanish company has already bought the plot of land of former factory Tricodava (54.000 sqm) for 42 million dollars, from investment fund Broadhurst. As many as 2,100 apartments will be built there.
