ANRE: Number of prosumers recorded to electricity distribution network exceeds 23,785
The number of prosumers recorded to the electric distribution grid exceeded 23,785, according to the National Authority in the Energy field (ANRE). This was possible due to changes and additions to ANRE order whose provisions help future users of the electricity grid, especially prosumers.
Thus, Delgaz Grid has 2,964 prosumers, Distributie Energie Oltenia has 4,325 prosumers, E-Distributie Muntenia has 3,295 prosumers, E-Distributie Banat has 2,892 prosumers, E-Distributie Dobrogea has 1,498 prosumers, OMV Petrom has 6 prosumers, SDEE Muntenia Nord has 2,502 prosumers, SDEE Transilvania Nord has 2,443 prosumers and SDEE Transilvania Sud has 3,869 prosumers.
“Considering the annual evolution of the number of prosumers recorded to the electric distribution grid, in case of maintaining the growing trend of 2021, we can foresee that, until the end of 2022, their number will be about 30,000”, ANRE mentions.
