The National Agency for Mineral Resources (ANRM) will soon launch a new bidding round for 36 oil blocks of which 28 are onshore and the rest are offshore in the Black Sea, including in deep water areas, the institution's president Gheorghe Dutu on Thursday told Agerpres at the Regional Energy Forum FOREN 2014.
