Romgaz signed a contract of almost 526 million lei with Elcen for gas delivery

The National society for natural gas Romgaz signed a contract worth 525.9 million lei with Electrocentrale Bucuresti for the delivery of natural gas between 1 October 2020 – 30 September 2021 according to the report sent on Friday to the Stock Exchange Bucuresti.

According to the document signed between the two companies, for  payment, there will be a settlement bill to be paid in 90 days since issue date.

The penalties will be at the level of delay interests due for the non-payment on time of budgetary duties.
