EximBank finances BCR Leasing IFN with 100 million lei
The EximBank and the non-banking financial institution BCR Leasing IFN signed an agreement of partnership where the bank offered the leasing company a loan of 100 million lei for the activity of the BCR leasing IFN clients for a short term or medium-term financing agreement, the bank announced on Wednesday.
The facility was offered for a period of three months with a grace period of one year,out of which a period of use of three months and is partially guaranteed with a guarantee bank letter issued by Erste Group Bank AG.
‘The partnership with BCR Leasing IFN represents another channel through which we can directly finance both the small and medium sized companies which own a share of over 80% in the BCR Leasing IFN portfolio as well as the corporate clients under the conditions of maximum efficiency , the expertise of our partner which completes the technical competences of EximBank.
BCR Leasing IFN, member companyof the Group Banca Comerciala Romana, part of ERSTE Group set up in 2001, offers services of financing for the acquisition of vehicles, fleets, equipment and industrial tools, agricultural machines, medical equipment.
