In his intervention, Romanian Ambssador Ion Jinga recalled that 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the foundational treaty of the United Nations which remains the most appropriate platform to tackle collectively the threats to international peace and security with the UN Charter as its essential vehicle to this aim.
