CCR: until 1 st September, the parties involved in the judicial conflict government – parliament for the censure motion are to send their viewpoints
The Constitutional court (CCR) established that until 1 st September the parties involved in the judicial parties between the government and the parliament, at the request of the executive due to the lodging of the censure motion during the parliamentary holiday, to send their viewpoints. The date for the meeting where the viewpoints will be presented to the CCR will be decided at a later date, the announcement of theinstitution says.
The government lodged on Friday at the Constitutional Court the statement referring to the existence of a judicial conflict, constitutional by nature, government –parliament in connection to the censure motion initiated by PSD and presented in the parliament a day before. The head of the premier bureau Ionel Dancu asked the PSD to wait for the decision of the court before establishing the date for the vote for the motion. The government includes in the complaint the lodging of the
censure motion during the period between the parliamentary sessions as well as the summing up of an extraordinary session with the purpose of presenting the censure motion as well as the breaking of the constitution by fragmenting the procedure of the censure motion into several parliamentary sessions.
