CIMA to hold the “Shared Service Center challenges in education” Conference in Bucharest, June 16th, 2016
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, CIMA, the world's largest and leading professional body of management accountants together with The Hacket Group will hold the “Shared Service Center challenges in education” Conference on Thursday, June 16th, 2016, starting at 09:30, at Hotel Radisson Blu.
CIMA, the world's largest and leading professional body of management accountants, is coming to Romania for the first time. The event is an exclusive, invitation-only conference dedicated to Senior Management.
According to a PwC study, the number of Romanian companies that invest in their employee's professional training grew with 50% in 2015, reaching the amount of 2 mill Euro per year. Still, in Romania, professional development programs are followed by 5% of the middle management and by 3% of the top management, which means that it still a long way to a mature organizational culture.
28% of the companies increased the budget for professional training
A recent study made by Exec-Edu reveals that for managers' professional development, 63% of the companies spend an average of 400 euros/year/manager from which, 31% assign even 800 euros/year/manager.
The same study shows that 17% of the companies diminished their budget for professional training while 28% increased it. These facts and figures are very encouraging and show that Romania is on the right path.
