DNA seized several buildings and several million lei from the wealth of Elena Udrea

The DNA prosecutors seized several buildings and several million of lei from Elena Udrea’s wealth, the same measure being taken in the case of the other defendants in the file ‘ Gala Bute’ stated, on Friday the lawyer Marius Striblea.

Asked if in the Microsoft file the same decision was taken, the lawyer said that he did not know of such a situation.

Elena Udrea was under remand on Wednesday after the High Court of Cassation and Justice issued a warrant for 30 days, in the file ‘Gala Bute’. The decision is not definite, Elena Udrea’s appeal to be judged at the Supreme Court.

The warrant was issued for the crime of bribery in connection with the financing by the ministry of regional development and tourism of the contracts signed by Termogaz Company SA with UAT Borsec; the crime of bribery in connection with the payments made by the National Company of Investments to SC Consmin SA; the crime of bribery in connection with the financing by MDRT of the contracts signed by Termogaz Company SA and SC Kranz Eurocentre SRL with UAT Lupeni and UAT Petrosani; the crime of abuse in office, in connection with the organisation of the ‘Gala Bute’ is shown in the decision of the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
