EUROPAfest’s artists in 2 exceptional concerts at Mara Hotel Sinaia: The Gala Concert of EUROPAfest Summer Edition to follow
The EUROPAfest Summer Edition festival, held in Sinaia during 14-26 July 2016, continues with another full week of events. Agenda includes concerts in different venues thus to respond to audience preferences.
Each year, 2 of the festival’s concerts are held at Mara Hotel, which is also the location of the Summer Music Academy Sinaia. Placed in an idyllic landscape, surrounded by forest and incredible views, this setting guarantees the best conditions for studying and performance, being the ideal place where artists from all over the world can meet. For the young musicians, arriving from 16 countries and their professors, Mara Hotel become the summer residence during the festival.
The organizers aim is to invite the public inside the artists’ “home”, to organize less formal events, so that usual concert hall becomes, under the magic of music, a warm and cozy living room, where the artists bewitch their friends from Sinaia with violin, cello, flute and piano music.

22 July | 19:00 | Concert “Summer Magic Dream”
23 July | 19:00 | Concert “Before Sunset”
The access to the concert is based on invitation, but also free access is allowed according to the availability of the seats.
Next concerts include: July 21st, outdoor concert in Central Park, July 25th concert at the Catholic Church, and on July 24th the Gala Concert at Peles Castle, when the most appreciated young artists will perform.
EUROPAfest Summer Edition, organized by jmEvents, Jeunesses & Dinu Lipatti in partnership with Sinaia City Hall, Mara Hotel and Peles Museum invites the audience to leave the city buzz and to enjoy the special atmosphere created in Sinaia. It is already a tradition for Sinaia to hold EUROPAfest events, a series of classical music concerts with prestigious international artists, but also young musicians, exponents of the new generation.
From over 20 years, jmEvents invites the public in loved with music to enjoy high quality events. Luigi Gageos, EUROPAfest’s Director stated: "During summertime, we crave escaping the big cities, enjoying the nature, the holydays and some magic moments. We have found in Sinaia the perfect setting. Scenes taken out of fairytales come to life through music, inviting the audience to take part to some unforgettable evenings." EUROPAfest international festival is developed under the High Patronage of the Royal House since 2005.
