European Commission reviews prognoses for Romania’s economic growth in 2017 and 2018
The European Commission has increased prognoses for Romania’s economic growth in 2017 from 4.3% to 5.7% an for 2018 from 3.7% to 4.4%, according to economic provisions in the fall of 2017.
The European Commission anticipates a 5.7% GDP increase in 2017, 4.4% in 2018 and 4.1% in 2019, according to an autumn prognosis published by the institution on Thursday.
In spring, the commission foresaw an economic growth of 4.3% in 2017, 3.7% in 2018 for Romania.
According to autumn provisions, EC expects maintaining economic growth both in the euro zone and in EU, to 2.1% in 2018 and 1.9% in 2019. According to the spring report, provisions for 2018 ere 1.8% in the euro zone and 1.9% in EU.
