Opinion poll: Romanians have less confidence in Dragnea and Tudose

According to an opinion poll by IMAS released on Wednesday, PSD chairman Liviu Dragnea, Prime Minister Mihai Tudose and President Klaus Iohannis have fallen in terms of Romanian’s confidence, antena3.ro informs quoted by romaniajournal.ro.

Liviu Dragnea has lost almost four percentage points in one month: down from 18.7% to 15% from September to October.

According to the opinion poll, ALDE chairman Calin Popescu Tariceanu enjoys the confidence of 23% of Romanians.

On the other hand, the confidence in PM Tudose is on downturn, from 24.7% in July to 18% in October

President Klaus Iohannis has also lost two percentage points, down from 41.7% to 39.7% in one month, but still enjoys one of the highest popularity levels since taking over the presidential office.

Regarding the political parties and the voting intention, PSD ranks first with 39%, followed by PNL – 29.3%, ALDE – 10.2% and USR 5.5% (down from 7.5%).

The IMAS poll is based on the ROmnibus survey conducted monthly on a sample of 1,000 people by CATI method, with a margin error of +/-3%.

Last month an Avangarde opinion poll revealed the fall of confidence for the Government from 40% to 27%, leading to a scandal within PSD. Now, the new opinion poll places the Tudose cabinet on a confidence level of 20%.
