The Romanian chief diplomat underscored the importance of dialogue at the level of foreign ministries and other ministries as well as among business communities and civil society leaders.

Special importance was attached to interpersonal exchanges and academic cooperation as means for better mutual understanding and the edification of an open cooperation climate buttressed by dialogue and mutual respect. The Romanian foreign minister underscored the usefulness of an advanced exchange of opinions on democratic processes, emphasising the relevance of peculiarities of the states in the affected region being observed," reads the MAE statement.
