The purpose of the law is to regulate the approval of Government Emergency Ordinance No.59/2022, which provides for the amendment of certain regulatory acts in order to create the possibility of submitting applications for the issuance of employment or secondment to any of the territorial units for General Inspectorate for Immigration as well as the extension of the duration when the foreigner may require the issuance of the long-stay visa for employment and the deadline for the National Visa Centre to process applications for the issuance of employment visas.
‘The necessary documents for the issuance of the employment or secondment permits may be presented by any person with the quality of legal representative of the employer or of the beneficiary of the service provision, in accordance with the law’.
According to the law, the foreigner may require long-term visa in 180 days since they got the employment notice by the employer. The visa is issued by the National Centre for Visas, in 20 days since the submission of the visa application without the need for the necessary opinion.
