The existing partnership between Romania and Belgium, dating back to 2004, has reached a superior level following Romania's accession to the European Union, Romanian Foreign Minister Adrian Cioroianu told Rompres after a meeting on Thursday in Brussels with his Belgium counterpart Karel de Gucht.'There is a tradition of cooperation between Romania and Belgium in the European partnership.
