PM Tariceanu met Romano Prodi, on Thursday, in Rome
Romania and Italy signed a framework agreement, through which the two countries' authorities pledge to cooperate in the field of criminality reduction, decided the two countries' premiers, Calin Popescu-Tariceanu and Romano Prodi, on Thursday, in Rome.
Prodi stated, at the end of this meeting, that the two states committed themselves to fight against criminality, but underlined that the 'small crimes episodes would not spoil relations with a people so well integrated in his country'.Premier Tariceanu stated, in his turn, that he gave assurances to the Italian Government as for the readiness of Bucharest's Executive and authorities in the field of cooperation to combat delinquency(...)
