PNL required the Deputies’ chamber to clarify who Dragnea represented in the US and who paid
The National Liberal Party (PNL) required the Deputies’ chamber to clarify if Liviu Dragnea had a mandate to represent the institution and who covered the expenses of the visit, stated on Friday the PNL deputy Catalin Predoiu, stating that the liberals will receive an answer to the following meeting of the Standing Office.
‘Today in the meeting of the Standing Office of the Deputies’ Chamber we required in the name of the parliamentary group of PNL to be clarified if Mr.Dragnea had a mandate to represent the Deputies’ chamber on the occasion of the visit he had to the US between 17 and 21 January (…) and if he used this quality who covered the expenses’ stated the vicechairman of the Chamber Catalin Predoiu at the end of the meeting of the Standing Office.
The liberals will receive clarifications in the next meeting of the Standing Office, said Predoiu.
‘We want to see which is this truth. We don’t have any misinterpretation for this discussion and we don’t have intention deals, but we make our duty to contribute to the transparency of the civil servants of the Deputies’ Chamber’ Predoiu said, stating that there was no hostile position in the standing office.
