Retrasib Sibiu shares, to be traded on BVB

Shares of the Retrasib Sibiu (central Romania) power transformer producer will be traded starting on Tuesday in the second category on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

The company's social capital is divided in over 50 million shares worth 0.1 lei.

The Retrasib company turnover last year increased 2.5 times and accounted for 47.5 million lei (11.3 million euros), and the net profit of the company enhanced 85 percent to 3.83 million lei (900,000 euros).

For 2011, the Retrasib management estimates a 42.4 million lei turnover, 10.7 percent lower that last year, and a slightly declining gross profit, standing at 4.35 million lei.
