Romania, at the 20th edition of the Krakow International Book Fair, October 27 - 30
Romania will be present at the 20th edition of the Krakow International Book Fair running October 27 - 30 with a national stand organized by the Romanian Cultural Institute through the National Book Center - CENNAC and the Romanian Cultural Institute - Warsaw branch.
According to an ICR Warsaw release, the event will take place at the International Fair and Congress Center EXPO Krakow, and on display at the Romanian stand will be works produced by the Publishing House of the Romanian Cultural Institute and a variety of Romanian volumes translated into Polish and published under programs run by CENNAC.
Materials promoting Romanian literature and translations into Polish recently published or announced for 2017, brochures about ICR's specific programs and Romanian publishing houses will also be distributed on the occasion.
Romania's presence at the fair will be complemented by the photo exhibition "Images of Hebrew Bucharest," prepared by ICR Warsaw, and which will extend a symbolic bridge to Israel, this year's guest of honor at the Krakow International Book Fair.
