The Court of Appeal in Belgrade rejected in a final decision the request of extradition of Sebastian Ghita arrested in the Serbian capital city in April 2017 on the basis of an arrest warrant issued by Romania, stated a spokesperson of the tribunal associated to the Taniug agency.
