The president of the Republic of Moldova Igor Dodon suspended from his position for the fourth time

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova decided on Monday to temporarily suspend from the position of president Igor Dodon for the fourth time,after he refused to sign the decrees for the nomination of two ministers, says Unimedia and Radio Kishinev.

President Igor Dodon refused to sign the decree for the nomination in position for  Silvia Radu and Nicolae Ciubuc for the ministry of health and agriculture in the government led by premier Pavel Filip.

Following the temporary suspension from the position the two decrees will be signed by the prime-minister Pavel Filip or by the chairman of the parliament Adrian Candu.

According to the Constitution  of the Republic of Moldova the president is allowed to reject the propositions  for ministers only once.
