The second largest shareholder of Purcari  Wineries wine producers explores strategic options for share sales

Purcari Wine wine producer announced that the second largest shareholder, Lorimer Ventures Ltd, with 22.69% of social capital is exploring strategic options about share sales,”but no decision was made in that respect.

Lorimer decided to employ Wood&Company Financial Services as financial councilor.

Purcari Wineries has a capital of 466 million lei. In the first quarter they reported a net profit of 8.66 million lei and incomes of 42.2 million lei. 

Purcari Group is one of the main wine and brandy producers in Central and Eastern Europe, managing about 1,000 ha of vineyards in Romania and Moldova: Purcari, Ceptura, Bostavan and Bardar.

The group is the largest wine exporter in Moldova, with deliveries in over 30 markets in Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Norway, Great Britain ), Asia (china, Japan, South Korea) and America (USA and Canada).
