USR survey: Dan Barna dropped 1.2 percentage points after the investigation Rise Project
A domestic survey USR consulted by G4Media.ro shows that Dan Barna dropped from 19.7% to 18.5% in the intention for voting in October against September, occupying the third place after Klaus Iohannis (drop from 40.5% to 39%) and Viorica Dancila (up from 21.4% to 24.4%).
The survey was made between 15-23 October, after the censure motion which brought the Dancila government down and after the investigation Rise Project about the European projects of Dan Barna, the voting intentions are calculated on probable voters (excluding those who answered they did not know if they go to the vote and those who said that probably they would not go to the voting). The survey was made face-to-face on the domestic public, without capturing the voting intention in the diaspora.
The ranking for the presidential show that 4th is Mircea Diaconu with 8% (up by 0.4 p.p), followed by Toader Paleologu (3.8%) and Kelemen Hunor (3.9%).
The voting intention for the parties shows that PNL is the leader with 36.8% (stationery),followed by PSD (24.9% dropping by 0.4pp) and the Alliance USR Plus (19.9% dropping by 1.1 pp) Pro Romania would get 6.5% up by almost one percentage point.
As regards the best solution for the solution of the political crisis, 45.8% of the interviewees said that preliminary elections, the most popular option, 20.1% said a new PSD government, 18.5% indicated a technocrat government and 14.4% - minority government.
