World Glenn Miller Orchestra to hold a concert in Bucharest, on March 11 , 2017

The World Glenn Miller Orchestra will hold a concert in Bucharest, on March 11 , 2017, at the Romanian Athenaeum, organisers announced on Thursday. 

The concert, which will feature famous swing music of the 1930's and 1940's is part of a two-year "It's Glenn Miller Time! " tour that will travel to 130 countries. Conducting the ensemble will be Wil Salden. 

Ticket availability can be checked, starting on Monday, at www.gqentertainment.ro. The price for one ticket will be 450 RON, according to the organisers. 

Glenn Miller was one of the top selling artists of the 1939-1943. Holding a reputation as a complex character and as one of the most talented businessmen to have ever led a jazz orchestra, Glenn Miller is still considered one of the main cult artists of the music industry of all time.
