European judiciary inspection network has been created upon Romanian proposal
An European judiciary inspection network has been created at the European Union level upon the proposal of the Judiciary Inspection body from Romania.
According to a release of the Judiciary Inspection sent on Tuesday, the founding members of the network adopted on Monday during a meeting held in Brussels the statute and regulation of this structure, following that, in a short while, it receives Belgian legal personality.
"International cooperation represented a trend that gathered much attention in 2017, at the Conference of European services of judiciary inspection held in Paris, with the Judiciary Inspection body representatives from Romania proposing the setting up of an European network of judiciary inspection services, a proposal that was received favorably by all the participants," specifies the same release.
The European network of judiciary inspection services will operate according to its set goals, among which, for the first time, it is also the promotion of exchanges of experiences between the member judiciary inspection bodies.
