The turnover in wholesale trade has increased in Q1 by 4% against the Q1 2019

The turnover in wholesaling (with the exception of vehicles and motocycles) in nominal terms, has increased in Q1 of the year, both gross series and adjusted series depending on the number of workdays and season by 4% and 2.2% respectively, against the same period of 2019, according to the data published on Friday by the National Institute for Statistics (INS).

 

The turnover in wholesale trade ( with the exception of vehicles and motocycles ) gross series, in June 2020 as compared to the previous month, In nominal terms, has increased by 9.2% due to the increase of turnover in wholesaling for ITC equipment (+39.5%), consumer goods but food (+15.8%), food products, drinks and tobacco (+13.7%), non-specialised wholesale trade (+8%),

go-between activities in wholesaling (+7.5%), other products (+5%) and wholesaling of other cars, equipment and fittings (+2.8%).

 

There were drops in the wholesaling of agricultural products and live stock (-17.8%) other cars ,equipments and fittings (-7.1%), consumer goods other than food (-2.1%).
